User Agreement

1. Scope and Acceptance of Agreement

This agreement is an agreement between you and the EYY service provider regarding the use of the official website, client, account, synchronization, membership and support services. By beginning to use the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Service content

EYY provides quick customer service replies, speech and file management, search, cross-device synchronization and related efficiency functions. Specific functions, capacity, platform support and rights are subject to the version you are actually using and the page description.

3. Account and security

• You should provide legal and accurate information and keep the account verification information properly.
• In principle, accounts can only be used by registrants and may not be rented, lent, sold or transferred in illegal ways.
• If you find any abnormality or unauthorized use of your account, you should contact us in time.

4. Reasonable use

7. Intellectual property rights

8. Service changes and interruptions

9. Boundary of Responsibility

EYY is a tool to improve the efficiency of input and content management. It does not replace the user's final judgment on sending content, business rules and customer communication. Any losses caused by user misconfiguration, misdelivery, illegal content, changes in third-party software, or reasons beyond reasonable control shall be borne by the responsible party in accordance with the law.

10. Termination of Agreement

You can stop using the service or cancel your account according to the available procedures. When there is a serious violation of this Agreement, laws and regulations, or endangerment of service security, we may take measures such as restricting functions, suspending or terminating services.

11. Agreement update

We may update the Agreement based on changes in the service and publish the update date on this page. Major changes will be prompted through appropriate means; continuing to use the service after the update is deemed to have accepted the updated content.
